  • Five Panel: Amphetamines (including Methamphetamine and Ecstasy), Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates (including Heroin, Codeine and Morphine) and Phencyclidine (PCP). This is the most common drug test ordered. This is a Non-DOT or Non-regulated test, for a DOT test, go to DOT Urine Drug Test. Order this 5 panel drug test for pre-employment drug test, personal drug test, probation drug test or court ordered drug test. This is the most often ordered drug test in our system.

  • 10 Panel Urine Drug Test: AMP-Amphetamines (MAMP-Methamphetamine, MDMA-Ecstasy), COC-Cocaine, OPI-Opiates (including heroin, codeine and morphine), PCP-Phencyclidine, THC-Marijuana, BZO-Benzodiazepines, BAR-Barbiturates, MTD-Methadone, PPX-Propoxyphene, Meth – Methaqualone. This is a very popular drug test ordered frequently.

  • Cocaine (COC150), Ethyl-B-D-Glucuronide (ETG500), Fentanyl (FYL100), Marijuana (THC50), Methamphetamine (MET500), Morphine (OPI300)

  • Amphetamine (AMP), Barbiturates (BAR), Benzodiazepines (BZO), Buprenorphine (BUP), Cocaine (COC), Ectasy (MDMA), Marijuana (THC), Methamphetamine (MAMP), Morphine (MOP), Oxycodone (OXY), Propoxyphene (PPX), Buprenorphine (BUP)

  • DOT Urine Drug Test: AMP-Amphetamines (MAMP-Methamphetamine, MDMA-Ecstasy), COC-Cocaine, OPI-Opioids (including heroin, codeine, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, and hydromorphone), PCP-Phencyclidine, THC-Marijuana. This is the Department of Transportation (DOT) required test. Testing includes confirmation at SAMHSA certified labs. All drug test results reviewed by the medical review officer.   • Cocaine (COC), Marijuana (THC), Phencyclidine (PCP), Amphetamines (AMP – including Methamphetamines & MDMA) and Opioids (OPI) including hydrocodone, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and oxymorphone. This test might also be referred to as a 5 Panel with Expanded Opiates Urine Drug Test.

  • Hair Drug Test 5 Panel Expanded Opiates – Hair Drug Test 5 Panel – Cocaine, marijuana, amphetamines (Methamphetamine & Ecstasy), phencyclidine (PCP), opiates (Codeine, Morphine & 6-MAM Heroin Metabolite, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, and Hydromorphone). Hair is cut from the head or from the arms or legs if you don’t have enough hair on your head.

  • Hair Drug Test 7 Panel –Barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, marijuana, amphetamines (methamphetamine & ecstasy), phencyclidine (PCP) and opiates (codeine, morphine & 6-MAM heroin metabolite, hydrocodone and hydromorphone, oxycodone and oxymorphone).(816062)
